Room Hire
The Doddrige Centre has a range of rooms in various sizes to accommodate your needs from the smallest which will seat four people to the largest which will take 120.
Rooms are available from Monday to Friday and are charged per session 9.00am - 1.00pm, 1.00pm - 5 pm and 6.00pm - 9.30pm. Room booking on a Saturday or Sunday is by arrangement only. There are the following facilties:
- 26 parking spaces outside the Doddridge Centre with four Blue Badge parking spaces
- Two accessible toilets, one with baby changing facilities
- Induction loop, projector screen and flip chart in all conference rooms and included in room hire charge
- Large print documents can be made available
- Catering services - teas and coffees, light and buffet lunches
- Equipment available for a £10 hire charge per item: TV with DVD player, laptop, projector
- Choice of room setup - boardroom, theatre, U shape and informal styles or according to your specifications

Catering Service
- We will set out your refreshements table with tea, coffee and whatever has been ordered. Supplies will be replenished and clean crockery provided as required. Refreshments include herbal/fruit tea, decaffeinated coffee and water.
- Smaller numbers can be catered for.
- Should your catering needs differ from below, please ask. We will do our best to accommodate all your needs.
- If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know so we can make arrangements with our caterer.
Lewis Hall
Capacity is up to: 120 people theatre style, 68 cafe style, 60 boardroom style, 58 U shaped , (room size (16.3m x 9m).
Tomalin Room
Capacity is up to 50 people theatre style, 40 people cafe or boardroom style and 35 U shape (room size 8m x 10.5m).
