Yearn to Learn

Welcome to the first edition of the Yearn to Learn (Y2L) Booklet (PDF) from Doddridge Open Learning Centre. The opportunities offered here are part of a range of activities the centre has run to benefit communities and individuals in our neighbourhood, (St James, Castle Ward), town, and county.

All the learning is free: free of cost, free of the stress of exams and tests, and free of formality. Activities take place in our comfortable, newly furbished community rooms and you’ll find the Y2L team as excited to help you develop your interests, as you are to help yourselves.

You’re welcome to try out as many of the activities as you’d like; and please see page 23 of the booklet for future activities that we hope to offer in Yearn to Learn Edition 2.
